Tint and detail work gets judged under the light, so the light had better be honest. The Pro Series puts out 6500K daylight white with a color rendering index of 84 or better — high enough to read a film's true shade against the glass and catch contamination before the squeegee does, without the yellow cast of shop fluorescents.
The panels snap together into a hexagon grid using the included Y and V connectors, so you can run a straight line down a bay or cluster them over a work area. Power pins are recessed inside the housing — you never touch a live contact during assembly. The flame-resistant polycarbonate shell diffuses the light to cut glare and stays stable from –20 °C to 50 °C.
Choose the 5-grid for a single bay or detail station, or the 15-grid to light a two- to three-bay shop from one fixture. Both use the same panel; the 15-grid simply ships with more of them.
