Scorpion XO2 Additives

Adding Rubber Crumb is a great way to add more texture to an application and increase your square foot coverage. It is the perfect additive to match with floor coatings where water or other slick areas are present and you need extreme non-skid properties. It is made from recycled rubber that is ground into small "crumbs". Ground rubber is lighter than the sand or quartz mix so it stays suspended in the coating through the application process so that you don't have to constantly remix your coating to keep it consistent. It is also a "soft" texture additive that provides traction but is not abrasive. Rubber Crumb granules range from 0.5-1.5mm. Popular application uses include trailer ramps and floors, decks, loading docks, and work utility truck bodies.Scorpion Accelerator was designed to reduce tack time. Adding accelerator into your XO2 batch will reduce dry times by up to 40%. Simply add 4 oz. per gallon batch. Very popular for use during the cold, winter months. WARNING: Adding in accelerator will reduce pot life. Do not use more than 4 oz. per gallon, otherwise product may set up before you spray the entire batch!
