The production plotter for shops that need more cut force than a standard plotter gives them. The Graphtec FC9000-100 handles media up to 42" wide with 600 gf of cutting force and 58.5"/s cutting speed. Graphtec rates it for window tint film, automotive paint protection film and self-adhesive vinyl, with a 59.1 mil maximum media thickness — thicker and heavier material than the CE8000 series is built for. Three push rollers and grit-rolling servo drive keep long pulls tracking straight.
Cut without a computer: load a job to a USB stick and run it from the 3.7" LCD panel. The Data Link barcode system reads a start mark and pulls the matching cut file automatically, so a roll with multiple jobs cuts straight through without stopping. Auto Paneling splits long jobs into sequential pages to prevent skew.
